Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the product does not meet your expectations, or there may be another reason why you no longer wish to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@nieuwkoopbv.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
